Sarvenaz Moshfegh Asiedu, LMHC
(pronounced Sahr-vay-nawz; she/they)
I am a therapist dedicated to decolonizing mental health. With a Masters in Psychology specializing in Expressive Therapies from Goddard College, I bring over seven years of experience supporting individuals and groups through complex healing journeys.
My approach weaves together traditional talk therapy (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic) with expressive and somatic modalities: EMDR, drama therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, creative writing, and meditation. This integration allows for holistic healing from depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and abuse.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to trauma-informed, gender-affirming, multicultural care that actively challenges oppressive systems. I create space where your identities are honored and your healing is centered on liberation, not just coping.
EMDR trained with Jamie Marich at The Institute of Creative Mindfulness
Licensed in Massachusetts, Maine, Pennsylvania, and New York
