 Are you navigating the complexities of grief while living with a disability? You are not alone. Join us for a supportive space where we can share our experiences, learn from one another, and find healing together. 

- Safe and Supportive Environment: Our group is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for individuals with disabilities. We honor and respect each person's unique experiences with grief and trauma.

-Acknowledging Grief of Animals as equal to humans: Grief is Grief, Love is Love

- Trauma-Informed Approach: Our facilitators are trained in trauma-informed care, ensuring that discussions are sensitive and supportive. We prioritize your emotional safety and comfort.

- Peer Support: Share your journey and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of grieving while living with a disability. You’ll find a community that listens, validates, and supports you.

- Coping Strategies: Learn practical tools and techniques to help you navigate your grief, manage emotional distress, and foster resilience.

- Art and Creative Expression: Engage in creative activities that can help facilitate healing and self-expression, providing an additional outlet for processing your emotions.

  Individuals with disabilities who are experiencing prolonged bereavement and seeking a supportive community. 

(Medicare Part-B accepted as well as other insurances. )

The group is ongoing, and you are required to schedule an individual intake session before joining the group to insure safety and fit.

Grief is Grief regardless 

Loss is hard no matter who you are. 

In time we all experience.  

You could be big or small, human or pet,  

The pain remains the same.  

Pain cuts to your core, rips you into pieces and tares you apart,  

No matter what type of loss you have, it’s never the same.   

Time goes on, but memories remain, 

Tears will come 

Tears will come again, 

Tears will come and smiles will too, when you think of memories you shared, 

The love never ends because it was so strong,  

They will always be a part of you, no matter who they were. 

So in your heart they will always go on.
